Battleverso is provided by Kiran Development ("we", "us"), Schotelstraat 35, Dordrecht, the Netherlands. By using Battleverso, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the app.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Battleverso is not intended for children, and accounts found to belong to users under 16 are removed. Additional age limits may apply in certain regions.
You are responsible for the verses, profile information and other content you upload. Copyright infringement, hate speech, harassment and unlawful content are prohibited. We reserve the right to remove such content and suspend accounts without notice.
You may not use the service via bots, automation tools or for manipulation. Harassing other users, impersonation, and compromising platform security are prohibited.
You retain copyright on the content you upload. You grant Battleverso a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display this content on the platform, process audio, and use it in social-media share clips. If you delete your account, this licence ends for any future use; verses that formed part of a completed battle remain on the platform in anonymised form so battle history and results stay intact, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. You can delete your account at any time from settings.
Battleverso is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Battleverso and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or from content posted by other users.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or in-app notification.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of Battleverso will be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-law provisions, or of the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, where applicable law gives you that right.
